If you are returning a product for a refund, have successfully opened an RMA and understand the Terms and Conditions of our Warranty & Returns, we may require that you to fill out our Credit Card Refund Form in order to process your refund. For security reasons, our online store flushes out our customers payment information after the order has been processed. Our credit card processing system requires a full credit card number, expiration date and billing address in order to process a refund.
