 How can I return the product?
Solution Mvix (USA), Inc. wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. For that reason, we accept items returned within 30 days from date of receipt. A full purchase price refund will be given for unopened products. Opened products will receive a refund of the product cost minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges, however, will not be refunded. To return an item, simply contact our support team to request a return authorization (RMA).

We will pay the return shipping costs if an item is being returned due to our error.

If you are missing an item or received the wrong item, please email us! We will straighten it out.

Once the item has been received, your return will be processed. All return products must be in original, new condition and include all original packaging and parts. If an item is damaged or if there are missing parts, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
