In most cases, MvixSTORE will ship all of the orders within 24-48 business hours. Web orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or any national holiday. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may be delayed for appropriate Order Verification.
Kindly note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates owing to the nature of ground shipment services provided by the shipping carriers. Delivery time is based on several factors, including your destination address, stock availability, choice of shipping service (ground, expedited etc.).

We provide shipping via DHL, UPS or FedEx with online tracking. Please note: DHL, UPS and FedEx do not deliver on Sundays and holidays, and they do not offer Saturday delivery for every city in the United States.
