 How do I know if my order has shipped?
Solution

In most cases, we ship all orders within 24-48 hrs. Unless otherwise indicated, all orders are shipped via Standard Shipping services. As soon as the package is readied for carrier pickup, a shipping confirmation email is sent to your MvixSTORE registered email address. This shipping confirmation email contains the following information:

  • Package Tracking No. (DHL / FEDEX / UPS or USPS),
  • Shipping Date,
  • Destination Address,
  • Shipping Carrier Information.

If you cannot find your e-mail confirmation please check your deleted e-mail box or the spam mail folder. Anti-spam filters are the most common reason for missing e-mail confirmations. Kindly set your email filters to allow emails from mvixusa.com

At the same time, you can login to your MvixSTORE account and view the status of the order and the tracking no. of your package. This number is displayed in the status field on the Order report.

You can use this Order Tracking Number to track your order 24-hrs after the order gets shipped out. (Kindly note that it may take about 24-hrs for the shipping carriers to update the tracking system).
