This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how format the hardrive in your Mvix Ultio.

Purpose: To show how to format the harddrive in your Mvix Ultio.

WARNING:  It is important that you do not have a external USB Drive/Thumb drive with any Mvix Ultio modules connected.  Doing so, could lead to a situation where the modules are installed incorrectly, and will force another reformatting of the drive.

Formatting the Hard Drive:

1. Navigate to the Setup entry on the main menu, and press enter.
   
   
   
   
2. Navigate to the System entry on the Setup menu, and press enter.
   
   
   
   
3. Navigate to the HDD Format entry in the System menu, and press enter.
   
   
   
   
4. You will now be warned that you are about to format the drive. To proceed select OK and press enter.
   
   
   
   
5. You will now need to navigate to Format and press enter to start the formatting process.
   
   
   
   
6. At the completion of the formatting you will see the completion screen and can return to the main menu.
