 Wireless Networking Setup and Troubleshooting
Solution Please refer to the "How do I setup the MX-760HD/780HD on a wireless network?" before attempting these troubleshooting tips.

Solution to "Wireless Apply: Fail"
  1. Press "Setup" on your remote
  2. Highlight "Network", press "Enter"
  3. Highlight "Address Setup", press "Enter"
  4. Scroll to "Manual", press "Enter"
  5. Enter in the IP Address, Netmask and Gateway that you can find in your router settings. (Check your router's manual for specific instrictions)
  6. Highlight "Wireless Apply" and press "Enter"
  7. If "Wireless Apply" still shows anything other than "Success" ensure your ESSID is setup correctly (CaSe SenSiTive) and that your router encryption is set to WEP/WPA or OFF
Solution to "Can not view network shares"
  1. Turn off your firewall or any antivirus programs that may prevent access to shared folders
  2. Turn on "Guest" account
    1. Go to Start, then Control Panel, and then click User Accounts.
    2. Click Guest.
    3. Click Turn On the Guest Account.
  3. Make sure "Share Name" has no spaces:
