Unfortunately, Mvix (5000U, 4000U) will play media files only when the USB cable/port is disconnected.
You can connect Mvix to your PC (via USB cable), transfer all your media files. Then disconnect the player from PC and connect it to your TV / Home-theater system to enjoy your Movies, Music and Images on large screen!
At this time, due to hardware limitations, connecting to PC and playing on TV simultaneously is not possible.
The MX-760HD and the new MX-780HD have the capability to stream video and audio content from the shared folders on your network.
