Notice for using your Mvix Ultio and Mvix Ultio Pro to connect to UPnP Server's and play back content streamed from such Servers.
The ability to connect to these content services (like Hulu, Netflix etc) is dependent on the UPnP server software (like PlayON or Tversity) and their ability to
adequately stream and transcode content from these content services.
UPnP software enables browsing of content websites (like hulu, youtube, netflix etc.) that may not have a direct affiliation with the UPnP software provider. Although we work tirelessly to ensure continued compatibility of our UPnP protocol with all current and future supported services, we cannot guarantee such support in any way. We can however guarantee that we will do our absolute best to try to overcome any technical failure within Mvix media players. Many of the services provide by such UPnP server's require constant updates for changes made my Hulu and Netflix as many of these source's are not being presented via an API that such services provide. We recommend ensuring that you keep the UPnP server updated to provide the best playback
ability.

- THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION;
- ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS RELATING TO THE UPNP SOFWARE OR CONTENT SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED;
- ANY CONTENT OR SOFTWARE AVAILABLE AT OR THROUGH THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR
- THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
At the same time, it is prudent to explicitly state that DRM protected files are currently not supported by our UPnP protocol or our media player.
