This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to upload Movies, Images, Web Images, and Background content to the Mvix Primus Web-Application Content Management System.

Purpose : Show the steps to upload Movies, Images, Web Images, and Background content to the Mvix Primus Web-Application Content Management System.

NOTE:  It is recommended you use Internet Explorer to work with the Mvix Primus Web-Application Content Management System.  Use of any other browser could cause errors in uploads.

Steps:

1. Browse to the Primus site, and enter your login, password, and corp ID.
   
   


2. In order to add content, click on the content button. Here you will see folders for Movies, Images, Message, Web Image, RSS, and Weather. Adding Movies/Videos/Images/Web Images all work entirely the same way. In our example we will add images. Select the image folder, and then click "Upload". You will see a window such as the one below. Click on the green + icon to add content.  You can add one or more images here.
   
   
   
   
3. Once the image(s) has been uploaded, you will see the following notice.
   
   


4. Once content has been uploaded it will not show in the image folder until the upload has been approved. Click on "Content" then "Audit". This will list all files that have been uploaded and are awaiting approval.
   
    


5. Here we need to select the file, or click on "Select All" in the lower left corner, and click on "Approve". Now the list of unapproved content should be empty, and the uploaded content can now be found in the appropriate media folder.
