ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We will send you an e-mail message acknowledging receipt of your order. Mvix(USA), Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Mvix(USA), Inc. further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the item has been shipped. Your order will be deemed accepted by Mvix(USA), Inc. upon shipment of the products or performance of services that you have ordered. Title to goods passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. Please contact our sales department for bulk or resale orders. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Mvix(USA), Inc. is not responsible to sell mispriced products or services. Mvix(USA), Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Use of multiple coupons is strictly prohibited. Orders using multiple coupons will be cancelled. Limit one coupon or discount per order, per family, household group or organization. Mvix(USA), Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mvix(USA), Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

• Kindly note that we ship to the billing address of the credit card used or an alternate ship to address on file with your credit card company. • We obtain credit card authorizations under the following circumstances: When an order value exceeds $250, when an order needs to be shipped to an address different from the billing address, or when an international credit card is used.

CHANGES TO Mvix(USA), Inc. or MvixSTORE

We may discontinue or change any product, service or feature at any time and without notice. Mvix(USA), Inc. RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE ITS PRICES AND BILLING METHODS FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING ON THE WEBSITE.

Orders placed without US shipping addresses will be cancelled and payment forfeited to avoid any additional processing expense to us.
