We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 business-hrs. Orders may be delayed or put on-hold if the product is not in stock or if your billing address does not match your shipping address. Kindly contact our Sales Department to resolve the address issue if your order has been put on hold.
We ship worldwide via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or US Postal Service. All orders bound to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard or US Postal Service. All International Orders are shipped via TNT or US Postal Service.
Mvix(USA), Inc. withholds applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within VA. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other location. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. You will be quoted the shipping charge before your order is finalized. An email will be sent with the shipping charge before your order is shipped.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: If you receive your package and the box or package looks damaged please address this with the driver delivering you package. Once you have your order please inspect the product and make note of any damage. Please try to keep the package similar to the condition you received it. Please contact us immediately and tell us about the damaged product. Please include original order number and your name and complete address. Also, please include a telephone where we can contact you regarding the damaged package. We require you to contact us within 3 business days of receipt of damaged product in order to file a claim.
