Faster GUI, Better Video Output and More… MvixUSA has released yet another firmware update for the Mvix MX-760HD! This firmware update includes the following enhancements: Fixed the problem with connecting to the wireless routers with encryption turned off Added support for MIMO mini pci wireless lancard driver Changed the default wireless encryption to "None" Improved problem with the hanging issue when playing TS/TP/TRP files Improved the renew speed of the GUI (on screen interface) Fixed broken characters in the LCD panel Added Hebrew and Czech to the languages Fixed freezing problem when switching languages Fixed sensitive controls on the front panel Improved the screen mode Improved the video output quality Improved the shared file/folder display Support for Linux ext2/ext3 file system Support up to a 5 partition HDD Please download and install the latest firmware update: http://firmware.mvixusa.com Many of our customers have asked us, “Where’s the FTP file transfer support?!” Fear not, our development team is testing this firmware and should release it in the next few weeks. We wanted to release firmware 1.1.25 first to give you the benefit of some other enhancements that we have been working on. The Gadgeteer Reviews the Mvix MX-760HD The MX-760HD is easy to setup, has a generous selection of video connection methods, HD quality video output, USB host ports, networking and a quiet fan! The video quality looks better than my Mac mini connected to the same TV and with the IR remote, it's easier to navigate.
